Visa requirments
General Requirements
a) Address in Pakistan should match with that of the NADRA card.
b) Telephone no.'s of applicant and of the host in India are mandatory.
c) Validity of the passport should be at least 6 months from the date of deposit of the application.
d) All previous passports should be attached (not necessary if the applicant has traveled on the present passport to India.)
Supporting documents for Group Visa
1. Copy of the NADRA card along with English translation clearly indicating the address. (applicable w.e.f 05 Nov 2007)
2. List of applicants in prescribed proforma giving details of name, father’s name date and place of birth, passport no., date/contact no. In Pakistan and occupation/profession.
The proforma can be obtained by contacting Ph. No. 220 695 054 Ext. 333 or can be requested by email: cons.islamabad@mea.gov.in or cons2.islamabad@mea.gov.in.
3. Letter of invitation from host/sponsor in India.
4. Detailed /itinerary of the group in India.
