Visa requirments
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR A VISA.IF THE VISA FORM IS NOT FILLED OUT COMPLETELY OR THE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ARE NOTE MET, THE VISA APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
1. Passport valid for at least three months after the return to Pakistan.
2. Original Identity Card.
3. Four (4) recent , passport-size photographs.
4. Visa fees (non-refundable) in Pakistani Rupees to 10 EUROS.
5. Travel itinerary.
6. Visa of the country of destination.
7. A Travel Health Insurance valid for the Schengen States, with a minimum coverage of 30,000 for medical assistance and death repatriation purposes.
8. Applicants who are under 18 years of age must submit a notarized authorsation letter from their parents or legal guardians.
9. In case the applicant is a seaman, a letter from the local company who is employing him as well as a letter from the firm that owns the cruise/ship that the applicant has to join ,giving exact dates of departure of the ship from Spain and the country whose flag it flies.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Once the visa form is filled up and signed. three (3) photocopies will have to be made and submitted with one photograph on each of the four forms.

• Visa forms can be collected for free from TCS.
• The Embassy reserves the right to ask for any additional documents apart from those mentioned above that it deems necessary for the issuance of visa.
• Compliance with the above-mentioned conditions does not automatically guarantee that the visa will be issued. Also, after receipt of the visa, the competent authorities may refuse entry into Spain upon arrival. In such case, the Spanish government accepts no liability.
• Applicants are strongly advised to apply for the visa at least 5- weeks prior to the date of intended departure.
