2. Medical Certificate & Radiological report (Standard forms given by RSA, photocopies are also acceptable) required with all types of visa application.
3. Both the forms carry the detailed Check list/Required documents.
4. Application forms will be provided by the RSA embassy on demand. (Keep sufficient stock with you and in case of further requirement you have to obtained those forms through Manager Visa KHI or ISB within 02 week notice)
5. Fee subject to change by the RSA Embassy at any time.
6. Visa fee will be deposited in Standard Chartered Bank. Deposit Slip to be attached with the application forms and required documents.
7. Charges are inclusive of G.S.T.
8. All documents with the application are required in original.
9. Only 01 set of documents required with the application.
10. In case the applicant is required for the interview he/she will be contacted directly by the Embassy.
11. Applicant must submit his/her own BANK STATEMENT. (For 06 months)
12. Bank certificate is not acceptable
