Documents Required for “TRANSIT VISA”
Note:- Applications will only be considered if typed or written in capital letters
And completed by ONE SET OF PHOTOCOPIES.
1)Application form with one color recent passport size photograph.
2)Only Sindh & Balochistan residents are eligible to apply for visa application, in other cases proof of residence for at least six months in these two provinces must be supplied. A permanent resident of the European Union does not require a schengen visa.
3)Letter from the Applicant / Shipping Agency addressed to the Visa Officer of this Consulate General.
4)Invitation letter from the Italian shipping company with authorization stamp from the concern seaport authority.
5)Photocopies of first four and last two pages of passport including current and previous visited countries visas.
6)Photocopies of CDC (shipping book / seamen passport).
7)Airline ticket photocopy showing the dates and destination of traveling.
